I am involved with various Cisco Unified Communications Solutions such as Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified IM and Presence, Cisco Unity Connection/Express, Cisco Unified Communications Manager Express (CUCME), Cisco Unified Contact Center Express, etc. I have worked on medium to large scale projects that consisted of refresh/upgrade/design of new customer network and IP Telephony using Cisco Unified Communications Solutions. I am a very focused and well oriented Engineer who dedicate time and resources to achieves the client need and expectation. I am currently studying for the CCIE Collaboration Exam.

Hi I have been part of implementations of call manager with Nortel integration. Have taken care of Verint Impact 360 recorders and Cybertech recorders with Cisco. Have also worked with vendors for integrating Voxtron voice engine with Cisco. Added to these have taken care of issues working with Cisco TAC.
