Spreadsheet for manufacturing - Chemical Engineer or other engineer.

I need a scientist, chemist or engineer to assist with a very simple spreadsheet, with about 8 rows. There will be simple formulas to calculate the cost of building a certain panel we manufacture. Essentially, there are chemicals that are mixed, and after mixing, they expand, filling a void between two pieces of rolled steel with polyurethane foam. I need to figure out the cost per square foot to manufacture the finished product. Included in the formula will be the cost of steel (cost per ton). But the steel is coil steel. It is sold by the ton, but depending on how thick the steel is, it will make more or less coil steel. We need to be able to enter in the thickness, and have the spreadsheet calculate how much it costs per square foot to make the coil steel. Next, there are several parts of the polyurethane foam.. There is MDI, and polyurea, and fire retardant, and also cyclohexane blowing agent. All of them put together create a foam that fills the voids. (just like spray foam in a can). We also need to be able to enter various prices/kg for the raw materials, and then add them together, to arrive at a price per square foot, and also price per cubic foot for the finished foam.
