Established US construction company is seeking someone to perform quantity take-offs for United States construction projects. ACCURACY IS ESSENTIAL. You must have the ability to read US construction drawings and specifications. Some typical quantity units are: each, cubic feet, cubic yards, board feet, lineal feet, square feet. In order of importance - architectural, civil, structural, plumbing, mechanical, electrical. Plans and specifications would be available on line (possibly in CAD. However, most likely in pdf format). Please bid the minimum, and we can discuss your qualifications and fees. Thank you.
