Setup a development instance in Azure with the following 1. Ability to monitor a video feed to detect faces ([login to view URL]) 2. Compare the faces to an on-premise database to find matches. 3. If matches cannot be to on-prem database then do it against a fresh Azure database that is just syncing the First name last name and picture from the on-prem database 4. If match is found write back to the on-prem database that the person is present
