I need a simple application to extract sections of NOAA marine charts and save them as TIFF files. The application would be written as a C# WinForm, using he iSharp (iText) library. For the first sprint, the application would: 1. Allow the user to browse and select a PDF file 2. Input X, Y coordinates of a clipping zone in the PDF. 3. Output the clip to a .TIFF format file in the same folder as the source file
