have developed a similar project in past. could easily finish the job within 3-4 days. live tracking via mobile GPS. live tracking of distance travelled. alerts on non-route entrance by any of person. note :- hardware costs would be upon you if you require any other hardware for tracking instead of mobile phone. project time limit would be similar.
