Build a solution for Unity WebGL game to run under certain CSP restriction

Under the restriction of content security policy (CSP), you’re to come up with a solution that work around the CSP limitation and successfully run the Unity3d WebGL demo provided in an iframe. Currently, Unity3D WebGL uses blob to load assets/ objects in Javascript . The task is finding an efficient solution that will generate Unity3D without using blob or solution to modify the [login to view URL] to work within the CSP. This is the CSP. The CSP is fixed and changes to CSP is not negotiable.
