Wells Fargo online banking has a BillPay feature that allows users to send payments to a selected Payee. This project is to build a desktop Windows-based application that utilizes the online banking to do the same functionality from within the application. The application would save the username and password in an encrypted form and use it to login to the Wells Fargo online banking. It will then fetch the list of all Payees and payment histories for the account and allow the user to select a payee to make a payment to. The user of the application is not required to enter the username and password every time he/she opens the application. Instead, they are entered once in an Options dialog and are saved for future logins. An administrator user would set the account username and password as well as email information (and smtp server). The application will need to send an email for every payment that is made. The user selects one payee to make a payment for. A new dialog opens with information about that Payee as well as its payment history. No other account information such as balance, should be displayed to the user. Please note that you need to have, or open a Wells Fargo personal account and setup Payees under your account.

Hello. If you only want to replicate Web functionality into the Desktop App, we have 3 options: - Call the WebServices from the App as a client (Easy and secure) - Make transactions directly to BD (Complex and risky) - Make the transactions trought the URL's (Not sure that it will work) About User and Pass saved at the App, the admin must be able to change or disable it anywhere. You made this sound very easy :-) Its actually not that simple to do but if you are going to do it focus to do it in a .NET core which most or all banking projects are developed in .NET (Microsoft supports them) We have did fin tech projects are have been in business for over 10 years now specifically for Enterprise level solutions such as yours.
