C# ASP.NET MVC application with EF, WebAPI webservices, Azure Media Services

Requirements for this project is a C# MVC ASP.NET website (this will eventually be hosted in Microsoft Azure, but you can work on local SQL Server to get this completed). The website is going to be used for Trainers and Clients to interact. The design for this template is going to be based on the Bootstrap 3 admin template that will be provided. Experience in creating a website with Bootstrap admin templates is a must and must have the true look and feel and drag and drop features using jquery ui possibly, further, experience in MVC is also a must. I will provide a starter project with the Bootstrap 3 admin template ready. I have also already created the database structure and entities in the project as well. I need you to work on the plumbing to get things working and the user-interface in MVC. If you have feedback on the DB structure, that’s fine too. The main features are standard login protocols (using MVC identity), profile management, exercise library management, workout library management. There will be three user roles: Admin, Trainer and Client. Admin functionality is simple user management to add users of type Trainer and manage their activity. Trainer functionality involves client management, creating exercises (requires video encoding using Microsoft Azure Media Services, we can discuss this as it would be done after all the primary plumbing is done) and collection of these exercises into workout libraries and assigning them to clients. The clients then login and consume these workouts and record metrics. The Client role is just to test that a possible client gets the correct data, if you have experience in iOS to consume this data, please let me know.
