Graph drawing in .net/c++

This is a simple application, for Windows platform. There is a csv file, which contains two columns. One is the X axis data and the other is Y-Axis data. Please find the attached. The whole window will look like oscilloscope, which has x and y axis and there are two pairs of cursor lines(x1, x2 and y1,y2). you need to plot the graph between x and y axis. Since there will be a lot of data, we need to have zoom in and zoom out functionality. The whole graphs will be plotted using grids. These cursor lines can be moved in y and x axis respectively(using select and move with mouse). Based on the position of these cursor lines we need to display the location of these cursor lines(x1,x2, y1,y2). Deliverable requires: full and well commented source code.
