Executive / Virtual assistant CEO Location: your home + 5% travel Contract: 6 months at 50% high possibility for an extension Base Salary range: negotiable Starting date: Immediately Languages: Fluent in English + French We are looking for an exceptionally bright, multi-tasking and self-motivated Executive Assistant to directly support the Chief Executive Officers. This person will handle anything and everything the CEO has going [login to view URL] will be his eyes and ears for all ventures so trust and reliability is of the utmost importance. Being able to think one step ahead is a MUST. He doesn’t have time to hold someone hand so therefore a qualified candidate will be proactive, energetic and able to troubleshoot obstacles as they arise on their own.  MUST be really sharp and have finance knowledge (accounting basics as you’ll be doing very simple budgets), understand tea production circle production – will be responsible for talking to vendors, finding models, working with agents, etc… Person must be SMART, RESOURCEFUL & BUSINESS SAAVY – this can’t be emphasized enough. This is a HUGE opportunity with Tons of potential for growth. The more you can do, the more you’ll be given. Responsibilities: Manage the tea e-commerce shop from A to Z , take initiative… Ability to act as an extension of the Chief Executive Office, to think and plan ahead, to manage time super-effectively. Traveling to meet/negotiate with potential client / partners. Creating budgets & interpreting finance-related documents react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action when necessary. Manage and supervise commercial / marketing to make the company grow Researched potential investors, client and markets for the entrepreneur Brainstormed with the entrepreneur and do Interviews with new employees Travelling will occurs to meet potential distributor/client/ investor. Prepare presentation Key Attributes • Strong finance background Think smarts, one-step-ahead mentality MUST understand and be able to create budgets Must exercise good judgment, confidentiality, tact, and patience Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information Strong work tenure min 5 years of experience supporting C-Executives Detailed planning, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills A terrific work ethic accompanied by an ever-positive, get-it-done attitude You’re action-oriented.
