CAD landscape design and visualisation of a 21ha RV Resort and Tourist Park, being the first stage of a DA approved 245ha masterplanned residential development located in Queensland. The approved masterplanned development includes a high quality CAD landscape plan and yield for the RV Resort Tourist Park (attached) but I have a new, completely different, layout concept in mind and need a visualisation plan to present to council prior to engaging engineers to undertake technical drawings etc.. Designer must be located in Sydney so we can review and refine the layout in face to face meetings. The existing layout drawing gives an idea of the finished drawing I'm looking for. To get the project underway I have roughly sketched the new layout. I have a .dwg contour plan of the site. I'm not sure of the work or cost involved as the attached plan was part of the DA masterplan.
