The 3D model you create will be based on the existing architectural drawing. While some measurements are visible, a lot of the details are too faded to read. See attached PDF.
I have some measurements of the exterior, but they're not perfect and may be a bit difficult to understand, but I can provide them just in case they help. Do the best you can to make the design as accurate as possible.
Please ensure each floor can be viewed individually (with and without walls/doors). This is a 5 story backsplit so the levels are divided left to right.
> On the left side, from the bottom up there's a basement (-2), the main floor (0) and the 2nd floor with the bedrooms (+2) Above this is the attic and roof.
***I would like you to add an additional level above the 2nd floor.
> On the right side, there's a recreation room (-1) and the living room and kitchen (+1). Above this is the attic and roof.
***I would like you to add an two additional levels above this, but I need the roof on the left and right side to be level with each other, rather than 1 roof higher than the other.
Make sure you include practical details like wood framing, concrete foundation and basement blocks, insulation, double pane windows, etc.
