Need help with BSC BEP 20 token (Blockchain, Dxsale, Pancakeswap)

We want to make our own token, and know what the code looks like in [login to view URL], but we need expertise from someone who has already deployed a token. We want advice as to whether or not our token proposal is sound. We then want to release the coin as a prelaunch on dxsale, and again, we need an expert to assist us on this. Finally we want to launch the coin on pancake swap as well. I want to start work on this next week. I am willing to pay £300 for your expertise, support and service. I am hoping to launch on 28th May so will need you to support me from 5pm BST to 8pm BST for when we deploy the token. I am struggling with the tokenomics, but this is what I am thinking. Let me know if the approach is wrong: 2% Redistribution (through static reflection) 2% Auto Liquidity 2% Sent to marketing wallet I am thinking maybe 1,000,000,000,000 tokens of which 3% (my wallet) (needs to be locked 10% of this wallet released every month (can we use dxsale for this?)) 5% split across 6 wallets which also need to be locked 1% marketing wallet (as mentioned above) Do we then send 71% to dxsale, and then lock the remaining 20% and burn? This is what is confusing me, and where I will need your help.
