I am in the process to turn dwelling into a prescribed accommodation and need to optain a building permit to instal hardwired smoke protectors.
please find attached a plan i got drafted earlier for the council, unfortunatelly not suffient enough. The house is a one story stand alone home.
please let me know if you can help me with this and if there is anything else you need me to do.

6. Provide draftsperson/architects registration number.
7. Submit energy rating report & endorsed plans.
8. Provide engineers design, computations & certifications under Regulation 126, OR a statement from the engineer stating the floor loading etc. is fit for purpose
9. Provide illumination power density report (ie lighting schedule).
