Asterisk and custom CRM

Hi, I am 3cx VOIP certify Advance Engineer and have working experience with 3cx , Asterisk , Matrix IP PBX , FreePBX of more than 6 plus years. I have installed , configure and develop VOIP PBX and add-on module. Being Full stack Developer I have developed many add-on module with with 3cx like Agent Rating system, Auto Call System, Predictive dialer , Call Detail Record system etc. Recently I have finished project where telephony system is integrated with CRM Salesforce . I have develop many Out of the box PBX and CRM integration. Also in my last project I have worked similar to this project where I change outbound caller ID when agent is clicked on button change number in web application provided by me.
