ASP CMS needs overhaul

Help us prepare for takeoff. This CMS needs to be improved , repackaged and ready for relaunch within 1 week from starting the project. We have a list of 25 things that need to be done to improve this CMS which is ASP / Ms Access. Some things are quick (formatting or changing parameters etc...) but mostly they are improvements to features that are not quite adequate anymore (eg/ improve the security and login system, improve the system we have to setup new client accounts, improve our paypal integration) Please expect this part should take 2-3 days of coding and testing. Any coding that you do within our system needs to be well commented and if you find that code that exists already that is not commented well enough, I need you to add appropriate comments. Aside from these 25 things I then need you to test everypage in the CMS with me and do any bug fixing that we find is needed. This CMS has evolved over a number of years and I want to get rid of any redundant files or code in our system as much as possible. It is a large system so please allow a whole day for this part of the project. Then all the improvements and upgrades you make to our existing system need to be added to 3 sites that we have recently setup that use this CMS. A rewrite of our system would be best, but for now I need a quick fix, need this all ready ASAP, and in a few months I fully intend to re-create the system when our budgets permit. Only bid if you are ready to work with me immediately and every day thereafter until project is complete. This project cannot draw out - it must be complete within 1 week.
