FLASH - ASP - CUSTOM FLOORMAT DESIGNER

We have an automotive business that sells custom floor mats. We want an online application that will allow a user to select from about about 6 different patterns cuts. Then they can select from several different logos options that they can interactively place on the mats. They can then select from many colors the Carpet, binding color, and logo embroidery colors in order to render a "Proof" a final JPG image of both mats that is saved on our web server and the image name in an MS SQL database. ## Deliverables Step 1: User selects a Pattern (Shape and Name provided during project start) Step 2: Customer Selects from a Pallet of color options Currently 12 Step 3: User Selects Edge Binding Color Step 4: User Selects from several Logos and designs and will allow them to place them onto the mats where they are wanted, they can move and rotate. ** There are different sizes of the logos, the larger the more expensive. We can either let the user choose from 2 or 3 different size logos or make it so they can stretch the logo and just the price.. Not sure how you would suggest this. Step 5. After the user selects and ads the Logo or Logos they hit a FINISH button, that would say "Approve Design - Continue" The next page or even on the same page the user would enter their Name and email address with an IMAGE verification number to prevent SPAM robots from submitting bogus proofs. This process would save the JPG image on our server 640 X 480 resolution with a white background featuring the mat design they created. It would then ADD a record to our product_Table in the SQL database creating a unique autogenerated Part number With a "MAT" Prefix along with the name description and some other field entries specified later. It would then email the JPG to the customer and CC us a copy and then redirect the customer to a specified product page with the PART number in the query string so the customer can order the mat. The email that is sent will ALSO have this link to the product page along with the configured options listed and the price. After each step the current total is displayed and updated if options chosen cost more or not. The Application must be EASY to use and understand. It must also look professional. We will need to have the ability to add logos, patterns , and Colors and other options in the administration, we need to be able to set the base pattern mat price, and pricing (Both user and reseller as a cookie will determine what pricing they see) for each logo addition type so the user can see a "total" at any given point of the design process. We will provide all the logos, patterns etc.. in a JPG, it is up to you to convert or have the application covert to linear graphics, 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform The application we think would be best written in flash with a database connector for the options and edits we need to perform from the back end. We operate a Windows 2003 server with IIS and use classic ASP (VB Script) for all of our application development and a MS 2008 SQL server. The Application frame size needs to be able to fit with our current design.
