I have 4 years of Medical transcription experience (doctors were from both the US and UK), which included transcribing and editing. I also have a year of general transcription experience. My transcribed and edited documents have high quality and accuracy. The rate would be about $1.5 per 500 words, depending on the quality of audio. I am a native English speaker and an avid listener to many podcasts. I have undertaken a little audio transcription work in the past and it is usually billed per minute of audio, rather than by 100 words. However I believe a normal minute of podcast audio usually equates to around 100 words. So accordingly my rate would be the same, at $1 per 100 words. I look forward to hearing from you.
