Looking for a freelance writer to write and layout an eBook, preferably through InDesign (for eBook interactivity). The concept is an eBook targeting a wide demographic range but who are all looking to buy their second property (home, rental, for kids, maybe they can't decide). We believe they may be going through a similar process as buying their first home without truly considering the value that a rental property in Toronto could bring them. That's the purpose of the eBook - to convert property owners into potential investors (and have them bookmark the eBook). You must have experience in real estate writing. You must have lived/are living in Toronto. Finally, your strike a balance between analytical and creative. If you're interested, please message me back. I look forward to hearing from you! All I ask is to include a concept for what you'd include in the eBook (it's not written in stone, just for my own assurance).
