Build an App

The client requests a peer-to-peer mobile platform that connects people looking for manicures on demand. There will be three (3) different types of users on this platform: Nail technician/salon, customer, and company admin. Each Nail salon/technician will create a profile laying out their experience and expertise. Similarly, the end user will set up a profile so that he/she can order the services. This type of peer-to-peer experience will be slightly different from Uber. With Uber, the first driver to accept the customer’s request gets the fare. In this system, there will be 2 options. The first option allows the customer to select up to 5 nail salons he/she likes based upon the nail salons location, rating, profile and experience. The customer is guaranteed to get one of the five selected technicians. Option 2 is the “On Demand” option. If the customer chooses this option the system will select the nearest available technician who can be at your location ASAP. The system will be powered by custom software in the back end, and top-notch UI/UX in the end user mobile app. I wish to develop an admin portal which will allow the company to manage users, mine data, create custom reports, and tend to day-to-day business tasks. The platform will consist of a central server application, admin portal, and mobile apps for iPhone and Android. At this time, the client requires technology consulting, technical specification documentation, wireframes, and system architecture planning. The system will be designed with scalability in mind; so the system can grow and easily add new features and enhancements when the time comes. The client wishes to turn the system into Software as a Service (SaaS) in the future.
