3D animated humanoid character for Unity game

I am currently looking for a 3D artist who can help me make a humanoid character for a RPG game I am working on. (Still early stage). The game is being developed in Unity. The ‘look’ I am aiming for is a hand painted – cartoonish – low poly style. And I need the character to rigged (humanoid bone structure), textured and animated with at least a walk and idle animation. Preferly I would like the bone structure to be able to work with Unitys animator so it will be easy to implement new animations. The character is the first of three races that I plan on implementing in the game. And of the three races, I will also need a female counterpart. So if you do a great work on this first character, I will have a lot of more work for you. So biting for this job, also means that you wish to grow a partnership with more work in the pipeline as the game evolves.
