Hello, I am looking for a person able to program a tablet (any OS will do) or Raspberry Pi, to create a portable access point in a car (so with internet access with 4G). This will be a public access point for cab users, so will require: - 3 levels: admin, driver and customer - control of data usage (heavy downloads blocked) - possibility to add ads for customers (ideally GPS located but more simple systems welcome at a start) System has to be easy to copy on different tablets/Pi.
