I need a deep learning model to identify important medical concepts mentions from clinical documents, and classify them into personal identifying information (PII) and the predefined medical concepts, such as disease, symptoms, Diagnosis and treatment. We propose the use of sentence embeddings, with deep Residual Networks with with residual connections and range normalization simultaneously, and transfer learning to improve the accuracy of the model. This requires an expert in deep learning especially using sentence embeddings and neural networks. unique ideas are highly welcome from the prospective freelancer especially on the evaluation part. Milestones 1. Documentation - A description of the overall approach with performance evaluation methodology using accuracy as performance metric.

I have worked on several projects involving Deep Neural Networks, Classification, Regression, NLP, CNN, RNN, Reinforcement Learning. In my previous job, I worked as a Data Associate. I have worked with datasets of upto 6 GB, I have worked on all these projects using tensorflow, keras or pytorch. I would need more information on this project before starting. Thanks The problem that you have described can be solved using NLP or CNN with word2vec. Understanding the data, and finding the correct models will take time. There are a number of research papers and methodological articles on this topic. I would need this to be a 2-way communincation. ITo answer questions related to the outcome you want.
