Hi ! I am a  'Dean Scholarship' recipient for business graduate studies from NYU Stern.   I am CFA (USA) charter holder. I am expert in management accounting. I am expert in financial modelling and am part of JPMC (equities research). I have access to Bloomberg,  Financial Times, Wall Street Journal and Thomson Financial databases. I had recently written a thesis wherein it was presented to identify empirically the M&A determinants in the banking industry of Europe. This included investigating whether the determinants that were supposed to be effective in pre-crisis period had increased or reduced in their influence in the post-crisis era. Further I had also completed a research thesis on 'Spin Offs" . This included analysis  on sample data of corporate spin-offs during the period from 1996 to 2015 from the Securities Data Company’s (SDC) Mergers and Acquisitions database. Further I had given extra efforts to exclude a spin-off from the sample whenever serial  spin-offs were noted and all those spin-offs were excluded wherein the same parent firm was engaged in multiple spin-offs within a three-year window of the event.
