I am new at Freelancer and it will be my first instance (if awarded with) with freelance work. I carry over 8 years of BPO experience in various verticals including telemarketing, customer service, call quality monitoring, sales, up-selling, fraud analysis, team management and business development etc with organisations like Convergys, IBM, Citi Group and Tata Consultancy Services etc.
Though data entry along with web search would be a new addition in my portfolio however because of a rich experience and exposure to computers and web world I have developed a very good typing speed i.e over 70 wpm with 98% accuracy.
During my tenures as a fraud analyst, Call Quality Coach and Business Development Manager I had to search the web a lot for various information as a part of my job profile.
I find myself fit for the job because of my ' attention to detail' oriented approach, web search, typing and time management and MS Office skills.
I don't have a Portfolio to attach as Sample as its my first instance but I am sure you'll provide me an opportunity to attach this work as a part of my portfolio sample in my future assignments
