Custom Theme for Wordpress Based on Oscommerce Site

Looking to create a custom theme for wordpress. Currently have existing oscommerce store with wordpress installed. Need to customize a theme to match our oscommerce storefront so when browsing wordpress a customer does not feel like he/she has left the store. Looking to imitate header and footer of our oscommerce site, keeping the same font, background, etc of the oscommerce site. Nothing about this is fancy. Essentially, we are looking to build a shell of our oscommerce site around wordpress for a new wordpress theme that matches the oscommerce site. Site is located and browsed similarly to [login to view URL] Currently using wordpress version 2.9.2. Winning bidder to provide zip files that include all changes. Escrow payment will be released upon receipt of file and confirmation of successful changes. Site changes must pass w3c validation. All plugins and widgets must remain functional. The only external plugin in use is All-In-One Seo Pack. All widgets in use are standard wordpress. Theme must be a fixed width, 2 column, with right sidebar.
