Create a custom wordpress theme template

I want a custom wordpress theme designed for me based on a number of requirements: The theme will have 2 or 3 page designs/templates. 1. A home page design that will be used for other pages 2. "full width" page template 3. Possibly a third page design, that is very similar to the home page design. Please see the zip file that contains 3 images of the "wireframes" that I have done for these. The home page is inspired from a few sites: 1a. [login to view URL] - The video size and video "frame" is about right. And I like the idea of a big email capture on the right. (Ignore the rest of the site) 1b. [login to view URL] - I like the simplicity of the home page. 1c. [login to view URL] - This wordpress theme's home page that the link will take you too, resembles my idea the closest. The video is probably too big for what I want. But I like the widget on the right and am thinking to use something identical to this on the "episodes" page that I have attached. I don't like the row of images underneath the video, so ignore them. But underneath that, the tabs are exactly what I want. And also the space to the right of these tabs is great to use and I may use it in an identical way, how they have social media icons and a way to share it and an advertising image. 1d. [login to view URL] - I like the use of the bit under the video, as a way to share it and also that they have tried to use a widget on the right, similar but not quite as good as livetheme. 2. I also want a plain "Full width" template. I included an image for this, with the type of content that I might fill it with. 3. This is going to very similar to page 1 template for the homepage. Maybe it can be the identical template? I believe it can possibly be the same, as the only difference is the email capture will be the widget instead on the right. Everything else can be the same. Technical: i) The email capture is probably just going to be a space for text/html. I want it to be able to easily take code from autoresponder software. Primarily aweber and it would also be good to be able to use getresponse and mailchimp. It should be at least 300 pixels wide to allow facebook integration on the web form sign up. ii.) I am thinking that the tabs on the lower left of the home page and episodes page will be done as a shortcode. I think this is everything! I look forward to receiving your bid on the project.
