I would like a program that can monitor a live streaming new program(text)(service) such as a Bloomberg terminal. The program needs to alert(possibly audio) the end user based on the end user's defined keywords. The program does not need to search back against all news headlines. However the program as long as it is open and running needs to be able to archive or record when a particulat headline met the end user's predefined keywords.

Hello. I have worked smilar project before. Server gets RSS information from the server and posts it to the clients. if client is offline server adds the message to the queue. When user bocomes online server posts the message to the client. At client part client saves the unread message. And user can delete the message manually. I can code a server-client protocol for you. It is not too hard for me. You only trust me the others is my job. Best Regards Kervan
