Check Windows XP for malware

I suspect I have an XP machine compromised and would like to have it checked for malware. I would use the "evidence" found by you in a trial. I've uploaded a gzipped image (4GB+) to a file host. The image comes with md5 hash. I'm continually hacked and stalked due to a bully situation, last time I found something with Bitdefender (early '09) it said "virus found, location unknown". I'm not asking you for thorough forensics, just checking the obvious and sniffing. I would only pay if you find solid evidence and I reserve the right to double check your findings with another expert before paying. I need this to be done in 2 days.
