looking to have a website built to sell DVD picture slideshows. There will be 2 ways to order, 1st way is if the customer emails me the pictures already scanned into gif. or jpg. files the second would be if I would have to scan the pictures. one example is [login to view URL] there are a few out there on the internet but this one is ok. I want to be able to set all pricing example would be 1-50 pics with 1 song = $ 51-100 pics with 1-2 songs = $ 101-150 151-200 etc. would like to have a way for customer to upload the files to me

Why don't get a Ph.D. into it if you can pay him the same that any newcomer would charge you? That's is exactly what i am offering you. The brain power of a Ph.D. at the cost of someone that barely can read php.
