Demo app of online game with interactive 2D animations

A. Can you build a quick DEMO of an online game that: 1. Has 2D animated people 2. OPTIONAL (indicate if you can do): Their audible speech is auto-synchronized with lip movement (so if we change the audio track the speech is STILL in lip synch) 3. Show that 2 or 3 objects can be clicked and identified via a text label below the window 4. Show that an object in the animation can be dragged and dropped (moved) 5. An additional animated layer can be added/removed on top (overlapping main animation) by a button B. Technology Q1. What technology will you use? HTML5? JS? Or? Q2. Does it keep bandwidth to a minimum? C. Extension If this demo project works, then we can talk about the full project. Q3. How much time a week do you have to work on the FULL project?
