The project requires the creation of an interactive application with touch input that delivers learning in an innovative way. An accompanying CMS and reporting system must allow constant content updates. Detailed requirements are available in the attached document. \r\n\r\nAn acceptance payment of 15% on total cost will be given in advance. Additional payments will take place after every deliverable is completed.\r\n\r\nA detailed proposal including a GANTT chart must be submitted with the bid.
