Wordpress Design & Configuration for new site (Only bid if you are creative – not looking for template/corporate looking stock graphic stuff). The Wordpress site is hosted on Godaddy’s Managed WordPress Account. If you have used it, you will know that it makes life incredibly easy. I already have a logo. Scope of Work: Keep in mind that the practice of Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy takes about a decade of education and training plus YEARS and NATURAL TALENT to an ART form to be incredibly effective. Therefore, the design needs to build upon the elements of the practice and the art, so that the user can see that this person represents something more than just “a therapist” or “a professional”. You are bidding on the design and configuration of the Wordpress site. 1. Site needs to be CREATIVE and I need your creative direction. Something cool, different, and modern. A) You will need to create an image that maps out different areas of the practice, which links to different pages, an example is in the link below. The information pages that it links to, has to be divided in a way that it can pull from the blog’s part, and applicable blogs that match the tags. So the static information about that area of the practice is on that page, and people can see relevant blog postings. B) You will need to create a banner and any elements for the Webpress site and Blog. You will also need to create a banner for Facebook; Twitter; and Linkedin (which should be easy enough as you are already creating one of the Wordpress site). Here is an example of a site I like for the prestige aspect: [login to view URL] 2. There needs to be a blog area where articles can show the author, can rate them, tweet/FB them. Tags. Comments with registered users. Only a logged-in user can rate them. A) Registration for people to comment/rate needs to be stripped down of personal information, only requiring a first name and email address. When registering, users should be able to choose avatars. Optional description about themselves, and optional gender, age, location. B) Choice to opt into receiving emails/offers/bulletins. 3. Book an appointment feature. The ability to book appointments with either my associates or me, which would most likely also plug into a billing system such as Paypal for on-line sessions or prepay option for in person appointment (the option for Initial Consultation is free of charge and can only be in person). There will be one Paypal account, but multiple calendars. A) In order to book an appointment, they have to register and verify their email address first. 4. The site should be responsive to various devices/platforms/browsers (windows, IOS / mobile devices, tablets) A) There needs to be a mobile site with the booking function. 5. SEO. The site needs to be optimised for maximum SEO’ability. When you bid for this project, to ensure that you are not providing a spam bid, but actually read this scope of work, and to ensure you know what you are bidding on, let know: i) Which calendar plugin you would use; II) Which blog plug-in you would use considering tags usage. iii) What considerations you use in developing or working with Wordpress themes (such as google fonts, etc) Here are the milestones: 25% payment upon completion of design elements and theme agreed. 25% upon upload and configuration of site 25% upon original creative work files (Vector files, psd, etc) 25% Upon payment of milestone 3, I will have two days to test out the website and have any issues resolved. Upon 48 hours or upon satisfactory resolve of any defects, if any, payment will be released. All work, including art work and creative work, are work for hire and is my property and rights upon payment of this project.
