My Budget is $75 or less, and I need this done in 2 days or less. I prefer 1 day. If you are unable to adhere to my requirements, please do not bid. I need someone to take a PSD and create an Open Cart Theme for me. You will install open cart, create the theme from the PSD, and all the other pages on the site will have the same header and footer. I only need you to create the Home Page, nothing more, no plugins, functionality or anything. The job is simply to install open cart, and create theme and upload it to our server and then we will finish it.
