I have a PSD of one page and I want it converted into responsive HTML using HTML5 and CSS3. The HTML will be used in Wordpress to make it dynamic. You just have to do its static version. The HTML should be mobile first using bootstrap. I’ll also need its SASS file. The HTML should also be W3C validated and should have lowest page load weight. Sprites should be used in this HTML and media queries should be at min-width not at max-width. The screenshot is attached. I have 3 PSDs for this, mobile, desktop and iPad.
