Build a mechanical Commodity Futures Markets Trading System to trade commodities -- 2

I have a set of mechanical financial trading system rules based on pattern recognition, past and current prices for use on 3 data sets, also using proprietary and technical indicators. Need trading system to automatically generate automatic buy, sell, target and stop-loss orders. System must have ability to automatically back-test data to generate current entry signals and also be able to back-test profit and loss data including maximum equity drawdown using 3 time periods. The trade signals and past performance to be printed on screen or on printer with data, all past and presentsignals, P&L saved to mt local PC. Need to also generate nicely formatted bar-charts on screen or printer, which charts will display all past and current buy/sell signals, exit points, running totals P&L stats, market prices and other misc information. System will trade 8 U.S. based commodity futures markets and automatically download daily price data from [login to view URL] or Yahoo Finance, or other reliable, free or low priced online data source. Not sure about the skills needed or a programming language but I think some form of Basic may work well, also open for suggestions on the coding language to use. The coder being personally familiar with the financial, forex and futures markets would be a big plus. If agreeable, we can make a sizable milestone deposit of 1/2 or more to escrow of job cost however desire to pay that along with balance after testing and final approval as for such a large cost we wish to make sure everything works well and done to our satisfaction upon job completion.
