I need to have build a 3d website using THREE.JS. Visually, the scene (referring to what the user can see) will consist of a number of spheres (around 10) clustered near each other in the 3d space. They will be connected via thick lines to a central logo in the middle of the scene. Functionally, the spheres will be the 'navigational links' to content. E.g. Clicking on a sphere, will trigger a <div> or a frame to pop up and contain text. (For now, dummy text is fine). Clicking out of the pop-up will return to the '3d scene'. I also need the camera to automatically 'zoom-in' from a distance towards the spheres, at the start (on page load). Camera controls are to be fairly restricted. Maybe allow for 1 degree of freedom (zooming along the z-axis). This has to be written in [login to view URL] - and the code has to be commented very well. Attached is a wireframe.
