Build a Real Estate Website

Build a Real Estate Website using Ruby or Ruby on Rails which will be based on web service (REST API) based architecture. In other words the development will include someone to develop both the REST based web service and the front end application. The REST APIs must be developed using RUBY / RAILS. I am not sure whether the front end can be build using RUBY but it will be our preference to build both front-end and API using Ruby / RoR. Besides, it has to be ensured that the application is secure by following all security best practices to ensure it is resilient against various cyber threats. We will provide the security best practices and the developer has to ensure to implement it during coding. Take for example [login to view URL] as a benchmark application although the solution we aim to develop must be scalable by design such that we can expand it in future development.
