In fact this is the best site so far for booking the homestay and the whole package in different cities, different countries altogether. Also the users are verified users so this is safe to a great extent. From the earlier reviews the customers get the whole picture of the service that they are going to get from the service provider. So this is pretty cool. Coming straight to the point, we would suggest you to develop this application in cake PHP or custom PHP. We may develop it in Java also but in that case the budget would be a bit higher than that. HTML5, CSS3 , Bootstrap will be used for designing the UI. We will make the site responsive compatible with cross browsing features. Mysql will be used as a back end database. There would be an admin panel for the business partners. They will be able to login into the site and upload their listing. But before doing that they have to register themselves by providing legal documents.
