Create homepage and 1 landing page from purchased HTML template/ reduce animation speed

Hi, Ihave purchased a landing page theme and modified its graphic elements. Now I would like to get the homepage and 1 landing page designed - please see the attached file for homepage and landing page JPG mockups Here is the original theme - [login to view URL] - I will send you the files. I also have the PSD for the menu so you dont have to design it - just code it - [login to view URL] Here is the website - [login to view URL] 1) Reduce the homepage background animation speed for the buildings graphic(1 png) to 1/3rd of its speed from now. 2) Code the menu with 3 links on the left, logo in the middle and then 3 links on the right - the ones on the right will all have 3 sub menus as well. I have already purchased the PSD elements so it just needs some graphic cleanup and the coding. 3) For the white image slider box, you can just leave it as is and I can put in the div so no work there. 4) Create the 4 column boxes - you can use dummy text and images but have the divs like that 5) Create the logo slider with dummy images linking to # 6) Place a text box the full width of the slider - I will work on the section later 7) Swap the footer background with the body background For the landing page, I would like you to do the header as shown in [login to view URL] but apart from that all you have to do is create those two blank divs which I will populate later so nothing else apart from those 2 divs with maybe dummy text.
