1) We are in the process of updating our wordpress installation to a new theme and require someone to copy content from the old install to the new one. The old install is here: [login to view URL] The new install is here: [login to view URL] There are approximately 80-100 pages to copy, about 20 have a lot of images and linked files to move along with the page. These have to be downloaded and then uploaded to the new installation for each page. It is crucial that the new theme styles are used and that the menu of the new site is set up the same as the menu for the old site 2) Install and set up [login to view URL] for use as the default gallery

I think this should be a fairly easy transition from the old to the new Wordpress site. I would do an export and re-import and run scripts if necessary to clean any old styles or code that does not fit in with the new site.
