The project will be in 2 phases:
First Phase:
I want to clone a website : [login to view URL]
I want it for different business model, but i need to be the same in terms of the flow, so only the naming will be different such as the category name ..etc.
So the HTMLs are ready and can be grabbed from the above link.
Second phase:
To develop a mobile application, that receives a push from the website, when an order is submitted, this app will be used by our internal team.
I would like to get a quotations for each phase separately, I would like to build this website using Magento, so Magento themeing and small development modifications will be required.

1. As per my initial understanding you want to develop a website site with similar functionality of https://www.hellofood.jo. Where user can order online food delivery. Site will show list of available restaurants based on selected city and area. User can select menu item and proceed the order. This will be a small eCommerce site that will manage complete cycle of this order processing with the options of user registration chatting and reporting features.
