Designing an e-book

I want an expert to design an e-book in pdf form. This e-book is on taxation. Matter is all ready with me in word format. The e-book is of about 67 pages. I wish the design to be very impressive and appropriate. There are 4 tables to be inserted in the book, but no graphs. I am looking for e-book design, and word return copy also. The e-book should have important security settings. Copying, modifying, signing etc. should be prevented. The e-book should be optimized. I have some graphics purchased, which I can send to you and you may include appropriate ones from them. You can also use suitable graphics you have. And finally, you will show me at least 2 samples to choose from before I make final decision. The samples should cover all the tables, which I will be sending in seperate file. I can send a couple of e-books on taxation from my stock to give you an idea of designs. You should not copy that design for me(I don't want that design), but just for giving you some ideas. I want you to complete the work in seven days. Please don't quote me exorbitantly, as my budge is only $100 for this. Payment will escrowed in two instalments. 50% while assigning the work, 50% after submitting two samples. You should be able to quote your past experience.
