Design only for new skill testing website

Hi, We are looking for a talented graphic designer to realize a new web offering. This offering enables users to take multiple-choice tests, obtain certificates for them, view the results and their test-history and create transcripts about these tests. These tests are on serious business-related topics and the design should reflect this. The designated domain for the platform is [login to view URL] What we already have is a designed seal in round shape that is intended to go on the transcripts and comes in red/blue/silver. What we would need from you: - a logo that fits with / is derived from / is integrated with the seal. - a design for the website, namely for 13 pages that have the same layout and only differ in some of the content elements. Attached you’ll find further information and detailed wireframes. We're looking only for design here (no html, no scripting skills needed).
