Design + HTML & CSS

Hi, I have an existing mobile product called All Rugby SA. Currently it uses jQuery Mobile but I found it very slow on certain mobile devices. What I need is someone to redesign the UI to look similar or better. The UI layout must be similar to the current UI which you can view here: [login to view URL] You will see that all the sub pages are basically the same so you only really have to design a one page UI with the buttons and accordions as per the example above. I will need the completed, validated HTML + CSS, it must be a quick, simple responsible layout. I only need the HTML + CSS and jQuery where required. No coding required I will add the PHP code in myself. I also don't want hundreds of files and prefer if you don't use any frameworks or anything except for plain jQuery and start with a fresh clean HTML + CSS design. It could also look exactly the same as it is, but it must be lightweight, quick and responsive. I will need the completed HTML + CSS files.
