Creating a complete website

We need a good looking (fresh and nice colours)website for our neighbourhood association. A complete website including design. Most of the members have childeren, and we organise the most activities for them. We need a verry simple website for navigation. The administrator can change text on the page, so there need to be an admin-menu. Also te admin. cab add new pages. On the home is left the menu and in the middle the "free text" right radom pictures out the picture side. We need a picture side to add pictures from the members, after login. The pictures can be bigger when you click on it, or you can choose for the slide presentation. There need te be an page to register yourself with your email and password. The other pages we can add by our self....we like to have the possibility to add pictures on this pages.
