Change my frontpage, direct the cusomer for sale.

Hello I want you to direct new visitors landing on my frontpage, to my most important pages. Selling classes for my dogschool. *** Read the project BEFORE making a bid *** Im not to happy with my frontpage at the time. I think it is missing something. This is the page : [login to view URL] - Not clear way to my classes (wich is where i get money) Its just one item in the left menu showing "dogclasses", This is the MOST important of the site. - Not good enough way for me to promote upcoming classes and news Its small ads in the top right, but this does not show enough i think What i want you to give me : - New ideas! I want some new thinking of what i can do to attract visitors to my important pages. I would like to be able to write some text about upcoming classes and news, and i think this should be visible on the frontpage. This could be blog function or something else, i want new thinking becouse im lost in my ways.. I do not want a redesign of the whole page. For know i kind of want a brainstorm of new ideas and some mockups. Im not changing the overall design. The page is well optimized for important keywords, so i do not want to do anything that remove my ranking.. I need someone who is experienced with what sells! You should know exactly what changes i should make to sell more classes. Hope to hear from experienced freelancers, with good review and time to write a good message. Copy/paste will not be read at all. If you would like this project, you are experienced with selling.. Then you should be able to make a good first impression too :-) Thanks.
