We have a website that uses HTML, CSS, and TPL files. It needs some design work Most of the changes require a slight modification to the css to properly align the images and text. There are some other minor changes needed including; Add Google+, Add Small Follow me on Twitter widget, create a small frame around images (just one frame needed as all image reference the same frame), improve the look of the text links, and change color on Twitter feed to match an Orange/Black color scheme.
