Arabic Blog/Community Project

Arabic Blog/Community Project Looking for Arabic blogger/writers/wordpress or drupal developers. I would like to develop a currently empty/parked domain into a blog or a community site (I'm open to any type of community from news to dating). It is a 4-letter .com that gets type-in traffic of around 15 visitors per day consistently, and gets search clicks as well despite the fact that it's a bland parking site. The traffic is Arabic speakers from: Egypt (40%) USA (22%) Emirates, France, Saudi, Kuwait, etc (~7% each). Apparently there's a similar 5-letter arabic news aggregator site that people might be looking for. That site looks completely amateurish, like a novice gradeschool programmer made it - it does not even live up to the most blandest wordpress blog standards. This has potential to generate adsense and other ad revenue, and the project will be on a shared revenue basis. I would do it alone if I could speak Arabic, but I don't, so someone out there can take 50% of revenue in exchange for some some leg work, and if it really gets going we can farm it out further. WP preferred for blog ideas, Drupal preferred for community site ideas.
